1926 Jordan House Car
Crawford Auto-Aviation Musuem
The 1926 Jordan House Car, one of the earliest recreational vehicles, on display at the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, part of the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.
The chassis is a “Model A” design by the Jordan Motor Car Company of Cleveland. It was shipped to the Wiedman Body Company in New York, where Wiedman fitted the chassis with their Sport Model camper body.

Project Details
This is a project Derek Moore was a part of at the Frederick C. and Kathleen S. Crawford as Curator of Transportation History at the Western Reserve Historical Society. In his role as curator, Derek oversaw the exhibits of the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum, as well as the conservation of the transportation collection and related artifacts. During his 5 years as curator, he led the treatments to bring numerous vehicles back into historically accurate operational condition.
